Wow I really went out on a limb with this feature. Hover the links above! Yep, I've added a link description! I'll explain how the code works in the other link descriptions.
I spent hours finding a way to have this description show up when you enter the page AND have it stay here after hovering the links above. But as usual, I failed and decided to settle a ~~crappy~~ slightly inconvenient way. Can't explain here, 'cause I'm running out of space. D= (Yes, there's a space limit)

Whoops I lied. No Claire layout. =P Can you believe this guy is actually from Resident Evil? He looks so much more like a something you'd expect from Final Fantasy. XD Since he made my go "Woaaaah" I decided to make a layout out of him. 8D

Man, this layout is so cheesy it looks like a sad attempt at some sci-fi poster or something. Wtf?! Well I don't really care anymore because I spent so much time & effort into making it.. and I guess it's really not that bad? Either way, I love it. LOL This is completely different than what I was going for; I was trying the style I used for my Inner Carnage layout, then I tried a bit from Cautious but instead I ended up with... this. =__=

I did not know how to fill up the space in the header, so I just went 'screw it, I'll try that link description thing' which ended up taking a hell lot of effort and time. Why does that always happen when I try to make "extra" things?

Anyway, hope you like this layout! 8D
