This was originally created for an assignment from a web design course I'm currently taking. Since it's just an intro course, the requirements for the assignment were extremely simple (such as using CSS to change some colors). I know I haven't made a premade for a long time so I went all out and made a much more polished design because I intended to offer it on ShadowFire. =) I actually spent two whole days working on this because the coding (in terms of positioning the images and content) wasn't identical to my previous layouts so I had to do a lot of experimentations.

The assignment was to create a website that sells downloadable music, hence the sexy photo and overall theme. This was originally coded in XHTML which is fcking annoying because they removed a bunch of tags I'm used to working with but I have converted it back to regular HTML. I guess I'm also going to start indenting all my coding from now on since I do it with every other languages I write in.

Looking at my past designs, I realized that they are just suitable for personal websites as opposed to professional ones. Sooo I tried to create something that an actual company may use without diverging away from my style too much. I realized that this layout is very image heavy (my original plan was to only create a small banner but I decided it looked better expanded) so I'll have to be careful with that in the future. I did make some changes (from the original assignment) to the header and added a horizontal navigation on the top.

Anyway, hope you like this layout! =D
