About this Layout
This div layout, Shining Rain, features Kakashi, Iruka and a small Yondaime, the forth Hokage. I blur the image a bit too much, and then there's the rain-like thing so now, you can hardly see the image ^^"
I thought of this layout's name when I was using the laptop once. It was raining, but it's sunny too, so it makes the rain shining. Also, I was listening to Shining Ray at that time. Hope you like it!
Mostly everything is CSS based, so the style sheet is very important for this layout. I added the textarea, text, bold, italic, underline, link, and header styles. I hope you like them! If you want, you can edit them but this layout, at least the image, is still copyrighted to me!
